PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY
GMI Aero SAS (www.gmi-aero.com) has been designing and manufacturing aeronautical maintenance equipment and instruments for the repair of composite aircraft structures for over 35 years. The company is a major player in the field, with 70% of its activity in exports. The customers, civil and military, are the airlines, the maintenance centers and the manufacturers themselves. The person recruited will receive technical training on the specificities of the company's activity.

OBJECTIVES AND MISSIONS
You will be part of an autonomous and versatile team. You will have different responsibilities:
Activities carried out in accordance with the company's commercial strategy:

Manage the file of references and price
Manage the order files
Manage the customer portfolio and collect the needs and expectations of customers and prospects
Sales administration:
- Follow the price requests and establish the price offers or repair estimates
- Define, in coordination with the management, the sales and repair rates
- To carry out the treatment of the calls for tender
- Carry out the registration of customer orders
Monitor customer satisfaction and develop sales to a customer base
Manage sales documentation
Promote product and service offers
Propose new commercial development axes with the whole range of products
Analyze the competition and market trends: benchmarking, technological and commercial monitoring (press review, etc.),
Animate the network of agents in the world
Coordinate actions with the technical and development departments

Other activities :

Organize technical seminars
Choose, plan and organize trade shows (registration, choice of stands, mailing...),
Organize mailing and communication actions and promote the company's image

PROFILE

Background : With a higher education in business (Bac + 3, Bac + 5), you have an attraction for technical-commercial subjects.
